Five-star QB picks Kentucky

The University of Kentucky took another step toward one of the best football recruiting classes in school history when Carmel High School quarterback Morgan Newton announced he would sign with the Wildcats during a press conference at the high school in Carmel, Indiana, on Thursday.

saw this young man on ESPN early in the season-impressive. Why do some recruit services rate him 5 stars and others rate him 3? he looked kike 5 stars to me!!!
